Heavy Flow...?

Hey, they say the average woman bleeds yadayadayada ml of blood each period..

And I was wondering as to whether or not this is true?
I've seen many women post on here or girlspace.com that they are definately over the line of what they say.


My divacup shows that I bleed over 10ml a day, I think.
The number below the rim...
and I was wondering if this means I bleed more than most women, and whether or not I should go to the doctors and consider birth control.
