Folding methods?

Hello.  I recently got a Keeper and, so far, have really enjoyed it.  I seem to have a little trouble with insertion - I can get it out just fine but getting it in is a bit of a crap shoot.  I looked through the tags and didn't find anything solid (but it is possible that I wasn't looking in the correct places), but, I saw people reference various folds like the c-fold, the 7 fold, I saw something about a punchdown fold or something like it...?

So, my question is:  Can someone or many someones explain the various folding methods?

(also, I didn't tag this as I wasn't sure what to tag it, but I can totally go back and edit them in should it be deemed necessary)
