So, here's my issue. I've been using my Mooncup for about 9 months now, and I'm in love with it. I've also been on the pill for about a year, but I've just switched to the Nuvaring because I'm terrible at remembering and my hormones fluctuate like woah. However, I have really long periods, so I went to put in my Nuvaring today, and I'm still bleeding, which means my cup is up there too. I'm not uncomfortable, but I've got a lot of stuff floating up in there, and I'm slightly concerned. I also don't think I pushed the ring up as far as I could, so it might be interfering with my seal. That's going to be fun when I go to the gym later today. Anyways, does anyone else use the ring and the cup? Are they going to work together? I mean, a fair amount of women must use tampons with them, right? *sigh* the thought of having to use a pad a day or two out of the month is enough to make me cry. :( Help!
