Hi! I'm a happy Diva cup user. I think the fold I use is the one you guys call a C-fold. I fold it in half and then half again. Here is the part where I admit that I didn't read anything that came with my Diva....just sort of shoved it in and it worked out. From time to time it's a little bit of a struggle to get it to sit properly, but only like once a cycle or so. I keep seeing folks who say they like the origami fold, tho. What does that mean? Maybe a different fold would help on my off days!
