Thread a needle (a pretty thick one, more like embroidery size than a tiny sewing one), then thread the needle through the hold of the cup with the eye end. If you thread with the pointy end, you'll just make a new hole. Then you can basically floss the hole! Yay! Now my holes look clean as new!
