So I didn't touch it for two months after that. I tried again on my last cycle and I couldn't get it in. Today I found this journal and the different methods of folding and I feel like I have a chance of getting it to work now. I tried the punch down method a few minutes ago, and I still can't seem to get the entire rim in. My problem is always that I can get most of one side in but the other side will always open up on me, and the pain ensues after that,. I really am so clueless when it comes to this, so can someone tell me how to get this thing in. I don't know how to get the rim in, which angle (if any) to push it in, if I'm supposed to do this quickly or slowly (when I did get in that one time it, it took about 5 min), and how I can remove it painlessly. I'd like to try the oragami style but it seems really complicated.
I really think this will be one of the best things I can do for my body and the environment, I just need someone to help me. Thanks in advance.
