Hey guys, I've been lurking around this community for awhile and I recently decided to get a cup and ditch the pads and tampons. I randomly came across Instead cups on sale at Target so I got some to try it out. I've been using them for a couple of days now and I just have a few concerns/questions.

1. I don't necessarily feel it like I do a tampon right after I put it in but after awhile when I cough, laugh, sneeze, whatever, it hits against something inside and it really hurts. Is this normal?

2. I feel a lot of pressure inside when I have it in, sort of like bad gas pressure. It's not painful (unless I'm in a situation like the above-sneezing, coughing, laughing) but it is very very uncomfortable. Is this because the cup is too big/I'm too small?

3. When I'm inserting it and sometimes when I have it in, I feel sort of nauseated and dizzy, I read here that it might be pressure against a nerve but that it was nothing to be concerned about. I can't remember reading about any possible solutions.

Basically I really really don't want to give up on cups and I'm willing to do a bit of trial and error experimentation but not if it continues to hurt like it has so far. It's painful enough that I am tempted to just go back to tampons.
