Got My Cup

I got my mooncup UK in the mail. I have seen posts where the folds are described and I guess the only one I understand is the C fold. I am blind so pictures don't help. What I need to know is, do I need to do anything after inserting, like rotating it or anything and can someone explain removal. I want to practice this before my next cycle. I did buy lube in case I will need it as I want everything to be as pain free and easy as possible.

The stem is also incredibly long, and I'm sure will need trimming. I assume I should try the cup before trimming though first? If it needs a trim do I need something especially strong to do it?

Thanks!
