Timeframe Mooncup UK to US?

I ordered a Mooncup UK for my sister on July 28th. She STILL doesn't have it yet. I sent them an email asking them to confirm that it was sent (I never received an update after I ordered it aside from getting my credit card charged). Two days later, they emailed back that it shipped July 30th and that it could take "up to 28 days" to get here.

Has anyone else ordered a Mooncup UK that lives in the US? How long did yours really take? My Lunette arrived from Finland in a surprising 6 working days. 28 days sounds like such a long time. It's already been 15 days though.
