"spinning" the cup - not happening!

Okay so i've read a lot of you saying that to get the cup in the right place with suction etc, you have to spin the cup around a bit. However, once it's in me, there's no way that I can move it around! It's in there too tight and I can't turn it around at all. any suggestions?
