Need a cup recommendation

I own a Diva cup and used it for two cycles.  Yesterday was horrific.  The cup was too high for me to reach and the suction was too strong to pull on the stem.  After over an hour of bearing down and the cup not moving, and after having it in for 17.5 hours, my husband had to retrieve it for me.  Pinching the base of the cup did not break the suction.  Even with his long fingers, he was not able to reach the rim of the cup, and we were lucky pushing on the side of the cup broke the seal.  (I was just glad that we didn't have to make a trip to the emergency room to get it removed.)

I am looking for a cup recommendation.  I believe I have two issues to address:  suction and stem length.  I may need a stem longer than the Diva has, just so I can reach it.  But, more importantly, I need something with less suction.  If another brand sits just as high, I still won't be able to reach the rim or the side to break the seal.

I love my husband, but I don't want to have to ask him to help me out of this spot again.  I want a cup I can remove on my own.

I have nothing against the Diva cup.  I think it is a wonderful product, just not for me.

Any recommendations?
