Trying, I really am

Ok, guys (or rather, girls), I started using the Diva cup about 6 months ago and had very little luck getting a seal and getting it open as well. I put it away for a while and have decided to try again. Still the same problem. If I get a seal it is partially open and the cervix is, invariably, outside the cup. If it is fully open there seems to be little or no seal. How do I get both openness and sealness (like my mutilation of the english language) at the same time? I have tried everything I know how to do. I have never had kids and have been told I have strong pelvic floor muscles (don't ask) so I have the small size. I have also tried different folding methods. At what point of insertion is it meant to open up? Is there a diagram of where it is really supposed to sit; the diagram with the package is a bit unrealistic since the vaginal canal gets shorter when I sit so there is not going to be that much space between the opening and the cervix. I am getting really frustrated. I did get the thing to seal the right way once, the first time I put it in, but ever since then I have not been able to repeat it. Any input would be appreciated.
