So frustrated!

I just went through my first cycle with the Diva cup. All I can say is "I hate it, it hurts when it's in, it leaks, when I was walking upstairs it practically fell out!" I cannot believe that I was so stupid as to think that my days of dealing with pads was over. I am a 44 year old mother of four who had two vaginally and two by c-section. With my first child I had an episiotomy and then the stupid doctor used forceps to pull her out. Needless to say, he ripped me the rest of the way. I have not been the same since. I have done kegel exercises until I'm blue in the face, I'm just not gonna get any tighter. I cannot step outside my house for the first 3 days of my period, since I bleed like a stuck pig. I have spoken to the doctor I have now and he says that the lower part of my uterus is criss crossed with varicosities. Which is why I bleed so heavy. I was hoping that the Diva cup would at least allow me a few hours respite from that aggravation. At this point I am beginning to wish they had just taken out my uterus when they took out my last child. It would have saved me so many problems. My mom had a total hysterectomy at the age of 39 because of growths and I can remember her going through hell with her forced menopause. I am going through perimenopause now. Can anyone suggest which cup would work for me? I would appreciate any comments
