I ordered the MoonCup UK about 2 weeks ago (I live in the US).  It says on their website to "Allow 28 days for shipping", and it's going to the US, so I'm being pretty patient about waiting for it to get here.
But they haven't billed my credit card yet.

For people who have ordered directly from their website, did they bill it right after you ordered, or right before they shipped it?  I'm wondering if I should try to contact them and see what's up, and if maybe my order didn't go through.

I'm not sure when I was charged, but I got it in about a week from when I ordered. I think that disclaimer is just to protect them in case it does get held up in customs for some reason.

I don't really remember, but I think I was charged almost immediately. I could totally be mistaken, though. =/ Like the above comment, mine came about a week later. You might want to get in touch with them, just in case.

I was also charged almost immediately. Got my Mooncup within about a week I'd say.

Just give them a call or send an email :)

Ordering from
All I know is that my credit card slip arrived before my Mooncup did, and I was already billed for my purchase. Mooncup ships using regular post, not a courier like UPS/FedEx/DHL, so it takes longer and it's impossible to track orders. Mooncup's excellent customer service more than makes up for this, in my opinion. Just e-mail them if you're feeling anxious. Good luck!
