er... ouch?

I found out about menstrual cups from a casual mention on a different chatboard. Along with everyone else, the idea seemed rather... gross to me. However, I was intrested that there were more ways of dealing with your period than the means that I hate so much. So I figured what the heck, and checked the DivaCup website. I was hooked very soon ;)
So I searched the internet and came across this community, which after reading all the posts I could get at, went and got a DivaCup the next day! I had a couple "dry runs" with it, which were comfy and fine for me, so you can obviously guess how happy I was to find out that I wouldn't have to deal with those evil things called pads and tampons anymore ^.^

However, it seems that while on my period, I can't get the darn thing out so easily! I'm only fifteen, so I'm still pretty small down there, but as it's almost out, it's like the rim of it gets stuck? Hurts alot, but I always eventually get it out. Could it be due to the fact that I've been getting cramps throughout this week, so I might be more tense?

Anywho, I was wondering if anyone had any removal tips, because it really hurts >.< but everything else is so wonderful and comfy! So I'm not giving up.
Thanks in advance!
