DivaCup Return Policy

Does anyone know if Whole Foods honors the DivaCup 1 year return policy? I initially wasn't considering the Diva, because many people seem to have issues with it, but since the dollar is doing very poorly, and I'm not entirely sure I'll be able to use the cup, I thought something with a moneyback guarantee might be better.
