Exchanging DivaCup for smaller size.

I've been struggling with my size 2 cup for two cycles, not being able to get a seal (or even get it to pop open). I've tried every trick that I've read here, plus a few from friends who have used cups for a while to no avail. I'm thinking I need to downsize.

Has anyone exchanged or returned their Diva's? I'm not sure how to go about this. I didn't keep my paperwork, and the website doesn't give any info on returns that I can find.
