Advise for my Daughter

Can anyone help with some advise for my daughter?  She will be comming home from collage next week.  She has had trouble with her Diva Cup, getting it in, feeling cramping and pressure and all that.  I don't feel mine inside at all.  I really don't know what to tell her!
