About dry runs

For anybody who's new to the cup (like me!) and is having less success than they'd like with dry runs: just because your dry run doesn't go well doesn't mean that your period will be that way! I've just gotten my period, but wore the cup for two days (I decided to put it in early). Before I actually had my period, it would take 10 minutes to insert and remove, I could feel it, it was uncomfortable, and difficult to rotate to figure out if I got a seal. After I got my period today, it was exponentially easier to insert and remove it, it rotated with no trouble at all, and I can't feel it.

for the record, I'm using the Diva Cup.
