Leakage Tips

I've had a lot of (minor but pretty constant) leaking with my divacup, and I think I've finally figured out how to get around it. Though I'm always able to rotate the cup and it sits low in the vag, I don't think the suction is usually all that strong. That means I have to wear liners and put up with that weird bubbling feeling every now and then (not that I mind that too much, considering cups are way more predictable (and roomier!) than any other menstrual gear I've tried.).

After a frustratingly bloody day, Mooncup UK FAQ came to the rescue (much more helpful than the one for Diva). They suggested clamping your pelvic floor muscles around the cup to get a good seal, so I tried that after rotating and while doing the usual pushing in-out motion. After the clamping, everything felt a bit more secure. So far, not a spot, and I'm thrilled. I hope this works!

Who else has a pretty regular leakage problem? Both my mom and I do, and we've been using them since last summer.
