contentI ordered my Diva Cup from betterlife.com on Monday, and it arrived yesterday - as it turns out, they are very close to where I live :) I'm in the middle of my period now, and tried Instead on Monday (a heavy day for me). I've used these before, and only had a problem with leaking during sex. What a freakin' mess. It totally leaked everywhere. I had to use tampons because the leakage was so bad.
So, I was hopeful that the Diva Cup would work for me. And it does! No leaking, and I haven't had any major problems with insertion or removal. Y'all weren't kidding about the suction power of these things - it does take a bit of work to break the seal :) I am using the punch down fold for insertion, but I'll have to try the others just to see if they are any easier. I have the size 2 - I've not had kids, but I am over 30 and sexually active. It seems to expand and fit just fine. I do feel a little bit of pressure, but nothing I can't ignore.
I guess this is just an introduction and a thank you for all the helpful tips. I will definitely stay tuned, because there is always something new to learn about these things.
