Does anyone know if it's possible to go running/jogging with the Diva Cup in? I had to sprint to the bus stop today, and it felt like it was sliding slowly down and out--or at least shifting about uncomfortably.
Is there a way to put it in so that it'll stay in when I run? It stays put just fine otherwise. Maybe it's just that I have not inserted it correctly--this is my first period using it. But it's been working beautifully otherwise.
