I think that we (as grassroots supporters and users of cups) should start lobbying school districts/textbook companies to start teaching about menstrual cups. I am thinking about creating a flier for health teachers at my college to use while teaching sex ed. I can print for free at school and am going to start with the health teacher i personally had, because she was awesome and very liberal. I think that if more girls knew there was another option, they would probably take it. Especially if they had a flier to read on how bad tampons are for you, how good for you and easy to use cups are and how much better they are for the environment. what do you guys think? it really makes me sad to think about all those girls messing with yucky painful tampons.
