Just A Question

Hi everyone! I hope you're all having a good weekend! I finally received my Diva Cup yesterday and after a few attempts I was able to insert it properly. After I removed it I felt a bit sore down there and I noticed some blood on my panties. Is this normal? I'm not a virgin and I'm over 30 so I used to correct cup. I'm a bit concerned about using my Diva Cup since I'm scared it made me bleed. :-(
