I was really excited to get my Lena cup in the mail today. But I am struggling big time getting it up in there. And also wondering if I broke my hymen (not a big deal if I did but would like to know) The one time I got it almost all the way up in when I pulled it out there was bright red blood. I've been kind of sore down there this evening since I did that. Did I break my hymen? Will it be easier tomorrow? I really want to use the cup but I'm struggling.
