Hi, I'm getting a new LilyCup Compact, and I was wondering, and I apologize if this has already been asked, but can you wear it for longer than the 10 hours that the company says? My flow is really light because I take birth control for PCOS, and I'm thinking that the 10 hours is because the cup is smaller, not because of some other problem. Can I wear it for 12 hours like I do my DivaCup? Again, I apologize if someone else has already asked this question.
