I’ve been using a Large Classic Meluna for a year now and I can say that it literally changed my life! It was my first cup ever and it worked perfectly from the first use, never had any problems with it, no leakages, no issues with insersion or removal. I have recently got a Large Sport Meluna and it leakes! I felt bubbling after I got up from a chair after 5 minutes from insertion and went to check and it was leaking. I tried reinserting it again and again but I get bubbling every time. I’ll get back to the Classic for now but I was wondering if you guys had similar issues and why does this happen?

Yeah this happened to me, although not as bad as what you're describing. It would be fine in the day and leak at night - even though it was definitely fully opened, sealed was not overflowing. I never figured out why it was doing it. If yours is leaking so immediately, is it possible that the stronger "spring" of the Sport is pushing your cervix to the side? I gave up on mine and switched to Merula, which hasn't leaked a single drop since the day I got it. But if you had no issues with the classic, maybe you already found your Goldilocks cup :)

If it happens right from the start and the cup is fully opened, my guess would be that your cervix doesn't sit inside the cup. Some of us have tilted cervices, mine for example likes to sneak around the cup on the left side so I always check. Maybe the difference in the cup's hardness means you're maneuvering it slightly differently and don't catch your cervix? In that case, you should be able to feel the cervix if you go with your finger around the rim of the cup.
