I've been using the small IrisCup for a while now, and it's mostly going pretty smoothly. But it's difficult for me to remove: I have to bear down to reach the stem, to be able to pull on that while bearing down to even be able to grab the cup part. When I looked it cup, the length of the cup seems to be fairly typical. do I just have an extremely high cervix? (I've never been able to reach it with my fingers). I can't get it out while sitting or standing fairly normally, and I'm always worried that tugging on the stem too hard is going to eventually make it break.

What would be a good option so that I can get my cup out without needless contortion and yanking? Would Luv Ur Body in medium be good, or is it overkill?

This one is a little out of date but there are MANY other size charts online. http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/ Only you know how much longer you would want your next cup to be.

Also consider generic or knock-off cups if you're not sure. There are links to Obsidian's reviews and measurements at that site. If you're an eBay shopper, they are only a buck or two apiece from the Far East.

I have a luv ur body medium because I was having the same problems with the diva cup. I absolutely love it, what used to take half an hour and major contortion and pain to remove, I can now remove and reinsert in approx a minute or so. Best decision I have ever made.
