I am a mother of multiple using a lena cup large. I have a high cervix and find that i have to find a restroom and push my cup back up into my vagina every hour of so throughout the day some days. I love my cup, but its super uncomfortable and painful when its so low that its coming out of my vagina as im walking. I prefer it sitting up high, right around my cervix (which it is, for the first few minutes after i get it in).
What is a better cup for me? I want to change but im not sure what will fit better.

if your cup is sliding down, it might be full and heavy. my cup slides down when it's getting full. if it's sliding down all the time, your pelvic floor muscles might be weak. one fix for this is a firmer cup, but I think that the lena cup is pretty firm if i remember correctly so this might not be the right fix for you. you said you've had a couple of kids, so it's not super surprising that your pelvic floor muscles are weak. there are different exercises you can do to strengthen them, the tumblr blog themidwifeisin has some posts with some exercises, you can search on her blog and look through the archive for them.

A different cup won't help. Kegel exercises will. It doesn't take long to see results but you need to keep up on them otherwise they'll go weak again quickly too.

That blog is a good source. Google will help too. And there is a short section at the end of http://kuradi8.livejournal.com/ Both eBay and Amazon have Ben Wa balls and other exercisers.

I agree- Kegel exercises will help hold the cup in place.

You might also need a softer cup.
