Every once in a while when I am wearing my diva cup there will be a slight pressure pushing on my bladder. Its not painful or anything, just slightly annoying. It dosent bother me too much and other than that I love my cup. I was wondering if there is any harm in still wearing the cup, I dont want to give myself a bladder infection or hurt myself in the long run. Even when the pressure is not there I find that I have more of an urge to pee, and even after peeing I dont always feel completely empty. I know this most likely stems from the fact that the cup is slightly too firm for me, but I really like my cup and if I can continue to use it without comprising my health I would like to. Do I need a new cup, or can I continue to use my diva? Thanks everyone!

Do you need the stem to get the cup out? If not, you could try wearing it inside out. That way, it will be shorter and blunter and might sit a bit differently inside of you.

Ive been wearing the cup inside out, I have to because otherwise it becomes too long and dosent fit me right.

Another thing you can try is squishing and rolling the cup in your hands to soften it up. [Edited to add:] The Diva is already a fairly soft cup, registering a 4 out of 10 (stiffest) on the "Squishiness Scale."

Ill be sure to try that, but if divas are one of the softer cups on the market do you think something else besides firmness would be causing it?

Size, shape, bloating, general sensitivity, etc...

Your next question will probably be "What cup would be better for me?" There is no way any of us can answer that. We are all different. Think about what you like and don't like about the shape and dimensions of your Diva (allowing for how flipping it inside out changes them) and compare those to dimensions and shapes of other cups. Unfortunately, trial and error are the only way to find out after you've made educated guesses. mc_sales is a good place to buy, sell and trade gently used cups that didn't work out. Or maybe you'll decide that the Diva you have isn't so bad after all.
