A few days ago I brought a si-bell mensrual cup. I brought it because it has a long stem and is soft. I have been dry running it for a few days and I can't get it to pop open I've tried everything like squishing it, wiggling it, pushing it in and then out a little, try letting it pop open half way in but it won't pop open and stays squish up inside of me. Is there anything else I can try ?

Hmm, have you tried pushing the side while it's inside you and letting air in the cup? I sometimes have this issue for no reason and usually I just have to keep trying.

Don't shove it all the way in and then try to open it. Open it while it's still down low, then let it find its way up. More helpful hints at http://kuradi8.livejournal.com/

Dry runs are always more difficult. This issue may resolve itself when you're actually on your period and everything is looser inside.

I like the labial fold for all my super soft cups (I need them that soft due to fibroids/twisty anatomy). It's one of the ones listed here: https://menstrualcupforteens.wordpress.com/folds-and-insertion/
Generally more complicated folds pop open easier.
