Hi,I'm 16 and I'm interested in using a mensrual cup. I watched a video online about them and it said to check your cervix.if your cervix is high get a cup for a high cervix if your cervix is low get a cup for a low cervix and mine is low. I thought your cervix moves when you are on your period. I don't want to get a mensrual cup for a low cervix then when I am on my period it goes up to far because my cervix has moved. What cup should I get ?

If you are totally unsure where your cervix is while on your period, I'd suggest getting a cup with a short body and a long stem: that way, it'll work (at least lengthwise, width may be another preference you have to figure out) no matter how high or low it is. If your cervix is low, then just cut off the stem, but if it's high, leave it on. A long-bodied cup like the Diva will just irritate the heck out of you if your cervix is too low to fit it comfortably, but as long as a short-bodied cup has a long stem, you could wear one even with a high cervix (the Si-Bell is a good example)
