Hello. I have been trying Lily Cup for about 4 months, and still have leaking. Ive seen tutorials and read all posts. Im 35, no children.
When i insert the cup im sure its open, and well positioned by touching my cervix. Allthoug, I fell the cup walls flatenned. I dont know if maybe may walls are to tight and I need a stronger cup. The cup never gest completly full.
Thanks for your help :)

does it leak from the beginning? if you can wear it for like 3 hours or more and then it starts leaking, that's probably just overflow. whether you can get a cup completely full depends on your anatomy. i can fill any cup by only 1/3 :/
which size Lily do you have?

yes, it leaks from the beginning sometimes. I have the big one.

The Lily is unique in many ways. It has an integrated stem, it has a funky lip and it doesn't have anti-suction holes. Much of the advice needs to be changed a little to make it apply.

Skim/Read http://kuradi8.livejournal.com/ for some general info. If the cup is flat inside you, then it hasn't opened fully. Tight is a function of your PC muscle, not necessarily the walls above it.

Would a different size/shape of cup help? Maybe. Figure out what you like and don't about the way the Lily fits you and then compare it to other brands using any of the size charts found online. mc_sales is a good place to buy/sell/trade cups.
