Pelvic pain due to cup??

I'm on my 2nd cycle with a menstrual cup. I bought a Blossom and I want to love it. Had a few leak issues the first time around (rookie mistakes), but I've done better this time around. However, I'm now at the end of my cycle and I'm having AWFUL lower pelvic pain. Almost like really bad cramps, but even lower. It was localized to lower right side for most of the day, but now it seems to be more all the way across my lower pelvic area. Could it be too much air pushed into my abdomen from the cup? Other ideas?
