Does anyone with soft cup experience in general, or Super Jennie experience specifically, have issues with the cup not opening to its full cup shape and therefore losing some capacity? I was happy with my ruby cup but wanted a bit more capacity, so I got a SJ large. I can get it open, but the softer bottom half of the cup seems to collapse in a bit and I'm actually having to empty it more often than my ruby. (although I technically should be getting about 7.5 more MLs)

Would enlarging the suction holes help? Everyone complains about this with the Diva.

The main problem I'm having is that the lower half of the cup is so extremely soft that when you pinch the base, nothing really happens. And I have a high cervix and kind of short fingers, so it's pretty hard for me to reach up high enough on the cup to break the seal.

I see...weird, with my Si-Bell I found that the extreme softness just meant that the cup never made a seal at all and I could just pull it down to get it out. I find the Rainbow to be the same way (and I've never had suction issues with the slightly firmer MamiCup, only the issue with the stem being irritating)

Oh, strange! So far I've gotten a good seal
