Residual leaks?

So, I've been using my sckoon for a few days and I absolutely love it! (Still need to trim the stem. But whatever) However, each time I use it I have a tiny bit of residual leaks from what I'm assuming is the blood around the cup that's there when I insert it. I don't really mind it since I can just wear dark undies or use a liner, but I swim a lot during the spring and summer months and I can't risk having any leaks. I am unable to use tampons during that time due to the fact that they are far too drying and irritate my sensitive skin. And it's also just annoying to wear the liners with the cup, since the stem sticks out a bit.

So, is there any way to prevent this residual blood from leaking throughout the day?
