Hi, I am just beginning to explore the world of MCs.

I have a fairly high cervix which is placed at the far left of my vagina, not centered at all.

I am 40yrs old and have had two babies.

Any suggestions as to which cup might best suit me and any other tips for using etc are very much appreciated!

Thank you!

I think we are cervix placement twins! Except I haven't had any babies and am a bit younger than you--one of the biggest things I'd say though is get something with a ROUND stem. If you have a flat tab stem and don't insert the cup with JUST the right side facing your vaginal wall on the right side, all you're gonna feel is pokepokepokepoke. And like me, you probably need that stem to get the cup out. I do like the Si-Bell but because I can't bear down effectively I have to rely on pulling on the stem for removal and a couple Si-Bell stems bit the dust that way. I love my Rainbow (it has a fat, round stem and is just as soft as the Si-Bell) but the capacity is not quite enough for my heavier days and this month I think I actually missed my cervix a bit one morning...

Agree that a wider cup will give you less of a chance to miss your cervix too!
