Hi, I am just beginning to explore the world of MCs.

I have a fairly high cervix which is placed at the far left of my vagina, not centered at all.

I am 40yrs old and have had two babies.

Any suggestions as to which cup might best suit me and any other tips for using etc are very much appreciated!

Thank you!

If the griprings of the Fleur irritate you, you can cut them off or take a nail clipper. Those rings are too prominent for me, but without those, I like it, but I have only the small one.
The Si-belle is very similar in dimensions, but softer. I don't think I'd recommend that for a first time user, though, because it is more coaxing to get to open, but I thought I should mention it anyway.

Kuradis link covers everything important, make sure you look at the folding techniques as well. The C-fold that most companies print in the instructions doesn't work for everyone and can be a real gamebreaker :p

With a high cervix you probably want to look at the longer cups. Even after giving birth and being older than 30 doesn't mean a bigger cup will be better for you, but if you want to go that route, I have heard a lot of good things about the LoveYourBody.

When you narrow down your choices after looking at the charts, you should check out YouTube. There are some great channels with tips, information and comparisons. Reviews are helpfull, too, if they have pictures, comparisons and infos on holesize, firmness and stems. Though to be fair you probably don't know what to look for in stems and I can't help with that at all.

Yeah, I know about removing the grip rings. Just haven't bothered since it not my only cup and I only use it for a day to two so it's fine for what I need.
