New cup user - Fleurcup leaks

Hi all. I'm a new menstrual cup user. I've been using my small Fleurcup for 2 cycles. I love using it but I've found that it starts leaking every time when it's about only 2/3 full. The blood level is nowhere near the air holes when I take it out. When it's 1/3 full, it doesn't leak at all and it works perfectly. Anyone knows what the problem might be? Low cervix? Because the cup moves slightly upward? I've no idea. Thank you. :)
