I need a new cup. I have been using a Diva cup (size small) for the past 6 years inverted and with the stem cut off. I have an exceptionally low cervix - I can usually feel it without inserting my finger the entire way, generally before it hits my second knuckle. I am very sexually active, and I have never had kids. I want to order one, and I live in Canada. I can also get it shipped to the US, as I have a postal box there I can use if I need to. I was looking at the MeLuna, as they ship to Canada, but does anyone else know which companies might be good for me that have a small cup size?

Thanks!

Nearly all cups ship to Canada. Have you seen this yet? http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/

I have a very low cervix, and am doing well with two cups from the Meluna Shorty range. In terms of capacity, they're two sizes down from the regular range, so the Shorty Large holds as much as the regular Small. I have the Large and the Small in that range, and also a regular Small and a Small Mini. The Shorty ones are the only ones I use now.

your cervix doesn't seem "exceptionally" low :)
even if the small diva has been fine for you, it seems like you could easily handle a large size too. the main difference is for insertion. in fact if you get another small now, you may need to replace it within a couple of years. (some small sizes are really tiny, most notably the meluna. the diva is 43 mm wide, i'd not go for anything narrower. 43-45 seems like a nice range, regardless of whether it's called small or large)
the diva is about 51 mm long inside out. decide for yourself whether you want a cup with a similar length or even shorter. the shape also matters - a more rounded cup will not sit as low as the diva.

femininewear.co.uk is perhaps the best cup store. they ship everywhere :)
