I'm new and I have yet to purchase my first reusable cup (although I have used softcups). I've been researching a LOT and have been looking particularly at the Meluna M Classic. It appeals to me because I don't expect to find my "Goldilocks" cup on the first try so I don't want to spend a fortune on my first cup. I'm hoping it will help me figure out what my ideal size and softness preferences are.

So my question is, does anyone know what the best (cheapest) online places are to purchase a meluna including shipping to the US? And also if you happen to have other suggestions on lower cost starter brands it would be much appreciated. I don't plan on just buying one and being done but I do want to get a better idea of what I should be looking for. Thanks!

I've only ever looked at MeLuna's online store for the US (http://meluna-usa.com/index.php/where-to-buy/2013-11-19-04-53-49) - but I have no idea what they charge for shipping.

I wanted to add that I recently started using a new cup (it was only launched in July 2015) called the LENA cup. You can find it on Amazon, read some reviews there, or check out the LENA cup website - just google it.

I've been really, really happy with this cup so far. I was using the Diva Cup previously, which was pretty okay, but I think that the LENA cup is way better. Obviously every woman's body is different, and just because it works for me doesn't mean it will necessarily work for you - but I'd encourage you to go check out the reviews and read up on it for yourself. :)

Also, just generally speaking, you can find tons of info on reusable menstrual products from a youtube channel called Precious Stars Pads - she actually helped design the new LENA cup. Here's a good video of hers to start with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_G87oBd6rOw

Thanks for your reply! I actually have seen tons of her videos and I have also seen the LENA cup on Amazon but I had NO idea she helped designed it! I actually wasn't sure about the cup because I had never heard her mention it in the videos I watched. I will definitely look into it more. Thanks!

In case you haven't found it already, here is Bree's (Precious Stars Pads) video talking about the LENA cup and how she helped design it. :)

Have you seen the sizing guidelines and charts yet? There is a set at http://sizecharts.livejournal.com/ There are others at the Community FAQ if you don't like this one.

You can find a lot of cheap menstrual cup in Amazon.com, but be aware some of them have false claim they are US made or FDA approved (even include some Amazon best seller). I will suggest you check out their corporate website to verify what they claim before purchase.

Hey, someone on a menstrual cup group page I'm apart of on Facebook mentioned that MeLuna sells samples and I thought that was interesting. This could be an option before spending money on their product. Idk how the samples are made or where they come from. Contact the company about their samples to make sure they are legit.
