I need help I am now back to wearing tampons. BOO. I have had two babies pretty much one after the other they are 16 months apart. I am now back to getting my friend every month and it's super heavy. I have the diva cup 2 now and have turned inside out to get it to feel comfortable. But the thing is it sit really low like almost to the point it might fall out but doesn't. It's been 8 months since I had my last child. Do I need to strength up my muscles or do I need a shorter cup. Please can someone help I really don't want to use tampons anymore. I would also like to try a different brand any recommendations. Thanks to all the cupper's out there.
This is my very first entry.

It's probably your muscles. Skim/Read http://kuradi8.livejournal.com/ and pay extra attention to the section about strengthening your pelvic floor.

The large Fleurcup seems to be a favorite as a Mommy-sized cup. It's medium in length, blunt based and squishy soft. The large Sckoon is similarly shaped but just a hair shorter and therefore just a little less capacity. But try strengthening your muscles first. That inside-out Diva might work for you after all.

I'm not so sure it's weak muscles. Could just be a low cervix. OP says it sits low but not that it slips or moves. The diva is pretty long and does that to me when my cervix is low. Inside out is definitely better but a shorter cup is even better. I totally agree with the fleur and sckoon recs though as they solved the same problem for me.
