I searched through and couldn't find the answer to my question. If I missed it and someone could redirect me, I would appreciate it.

I want to know if anyone has found a phone app that has the ability to record your menstrual flow in mL or oz per se? I know I can manually write them down on paper or word doc, but I was wondering if there was an app out there. So far the period apps I found just have options for "light-heavy" flow and no where to chart amounts.

I use Period Tracker Lite (it's free) and it allows me to record my daily symptoms, and there's also a Notes section for other things that I would like to record.

I guess as long as you get an app that has a section for daily notes you can just enter it there instead of writing it down or saving on a separate word doc.

Hi
I use My Days and I use Groove. Both are Free and awesome I can't decide which one I like the best. They both offer what you are looking for. Groove offers a lot you can even track your mucus. Hope that helps.

I have been using OvuView for years. It's free, but you can also purchase the premium version. There is a section where you can customise what you would like to record. So you can add flow section. I think it's worth having a look. Hope it helps :-)

I use Clue, i write down in the app extra info about my periods and you can see all the details at a glance. I love it

I had no idea that such a thing existed Nor that there would be so many favourite different apps! I'm going to look into them myself and see what would suit me best. I'm so glad you asked this question!

Pink Pad has been pretty accurate for me. Don't worry if you don't like pink, it has other themes.

You can also add notes per day, plus you could edit and add symptoms. Cervical mucus section has detailed options as well.
