Hey everyone! I'm new to this group and L.G. and I'm so glad I found it >v< I need you guys help. So I've been using the Diva Cup for about two years now and haven't really had too many issues. Sometimes it leaks -_- I guess I put it in weird or something. But my main issue is whenever I lay down like to go to bed, or just relax (or worse case scenario, while doing PILATES) It leaks and I dont know why! When I reinsert I always check to see if the suction is working and it always seems to be, so I dont know why this is happening :'( Its so frustrating. Please help me!!!

Lately I only have two heavy days and the rest a semi lite to really lite. I'm starting to think the shorter cup may be a good option! I think my Diva Cup is model 1 too (no babies, that's me lol).

The cups that I wear now are the Meluna shorty large and I have the shorty XL for heavy days. And they have 3 different stiffness levels to choose from. I choose the sport because I thought it would be good for exercising and not PPP out. I'm sure the classic firmness would have done the job but I just wanted the reassurance.

Sorry I should have been more specific. Not pop out of you literally, I meant that the cup could pop out of place and not be up to the cervix anymore so it would just be useless. Like if one would be pouring coffee out the side of a coffee cup, not in the cup. When my cups wouldn't be in place anymore due to jarring movements during exercise my cup wouldn't cover my cervix anymore and I would bleed around the cup and would be useless.

Yeah, the having had babies or not thing really doesn't matter much at all...particularly if you do Pilates I'm sure your PC muscles will be rockin' even after having kids if you decide to! So cup size totally depends on flow the most. The cup length might be causing it to get pushed around so shorter and wider may be a happier choice for your vag! (I love the Si-Bell but it may be too soft for you, so check out the Fleur or Lena)
