I would like buy Si Bell cup. Is there any custom fees for that to ship from UK to US.If yes how much it will be?

I've bought two si-bells (and other cups) from FeminineWear and had no duty fees.

My average delivery time for orders from UK has varied between 10 days and three weeks.

The only thing that influences what size you need is what type of flow you have. Heavy flow? Get the large. Less than that, or you're willing to empty more often? Grab a small. Age and birth don't always mean much. I have never given birth and am under 30 but I use a Large Si-Bell because I need the capacity.

Sorry, I can't agree with that first sentence.

Just like it's wrong when cup manufacturers say that a certain age will always correlate with a certain cup size, it's just as wrong to say that it will never mean a thing.
