I hope someone doesn't mind helping...

I've used the diva cup size one for a couple cycles now. It keeps leaking! Like murder scene style! It's leaked while being active, while sitting, while sleeping too. Sometimes there is only a small amount of menstrual fluid inside the cup, other times it's pretty much empty.
I know it has popped open all the way because I have literally felt it pop open inside of me. Also, I've felt around the edges and it's nice, smooth, and open.
I don't know if I've ever felt my cervix. I have felt around in there and don't think I've reached it. But I must admit-I'm not really familiar with the inside of my vagina.
My stem has been trimmed pretty much all the way because it kept poking me.
Another problem I've had with it is bladder pressure-I feel like I need to urinate all the time even if I've just gone. I also have trouble urinating if I don't take the cup out.
Oh- I am 30 years old, no children, and slightly to moderately active.
I really don't know what to do. I think I just need a different cup but have no idea if I need a softer, wider, and shorter cup??
Thank you so much in advance. I'm so glad there is a community like this in existence!

Hopefully someone a little more experienced will share their input, since I'm in the midst of trying to find a cup that's right for me after years of on/off with the diva, but maybe some of my experiences can help you out!

I had the exact same leak troubles with the diva. I think this is often an issue of cup position in relation to your cervix or cup diameter/size, but for me it was a seal issue. A couple of the holes in my cup were really not punched through well - I happened to have a leather hole punch, so I made all the holes a bit bigger and that seems to have cleared the issue right up for me!
If you haven't done that yet, I would try it - a lot of diva users seem to make the holes bigger and at the very least it can help narrow down what the issue is and what to look for in a new cup.

I also recently bought a fleur cup since the diva feels a little long for me, and although I had no leaks, it created bladder pressure for me that I never experienced with the diva. The small fleur is firmer than my small diva, so I'm not sure if it's that or the bell shape causing problems. When I looked up the issue it seemed people generally had better experiences in relation to bladder pressure with softer cups/softer rims.
Also in general when it comes to looking for a new cup, I've find youtube to be a pretty great resource once you have an idea of what you need. Especially when it comes to looking for a softer cup, cup comparison videos can help a lot!

It sounds like you're missing your cervix. If you don't know where your cervix is, try aiming the opening at "different" places until you find one that works. It also sounds like the Diva might be a little too long for you. Try flipping it inside out to shorten it. It's perfectly OK to wear it that way. Other helpful hints at http://kuradi8.livejournal.com/ and also a link to a set of size charts where you can compare the dimensions of your Diva to other brands. If you don't like those charts, there are others at the Community FAQ.

Edited to fix a glaring typo.

Yup, that's textbook me when I miss my cervix, try aiming it to the left or right upon insertion and see if that helps.

Yep, your description exactly matches what happened when I didn't know where my cervix was! If you cannot locate yours, try opening the cup as near the entrance as possible. Also, when it leaks, pay attention to which side of the cup has the most flow on the outside and try aiming that direction next time!

Thanks everyone. I will try all the advice you've given me. I hope it helps. I'd really like the diva cup to work so I don't have to spend more money trying different cups out. But I will if I must because I love the idea of a menstrual cup vs tampoooons.
