I have a model 1 Juju menstrual cup. I can insert it with no problems. However, when I try to remove it, I am unable to get a grip on it with my fingers, as it seems to go too far up. The only way I was able to remove it was to push down on it with my finger and pull it down, which caused the blood to spill out. Any removal tips?

Have you tried squatting (sumo wrestler style)? That shortens the distance.
Read the "important paragraph" and skim the rest:

Squatting is the only way I can remove any of my cups. If the stem is still out of reach you may just need something longer. Even my Rainbow (same total length as Lunette--70mm) is a bit short on many days.
Cups can't really go too far up. They sit where they fit best.
Since it's hard for you to remove it, have you tried pushing it down with your muscles? That's what many of us do.

I'll try that and hopefully it will be easier.
