Ok so I have a lily size a which I have used for one cycle and I'm happy with it after trimming the stem right down (it fits nicely now and is still easy to reach). However I wore it to the gym and it was coming down because of muscle use and probably length, so I'm thinking of getting a second, slightly shorter, stiffer cup for exercise and for lower cervix days when it's a tiny bit too long to be comfortable. Any recommendations based on the lily? I was thinking of a large Classic meluna but I'm not sure if it will be too wide or too short. I've looked at all the size charts but I'm just overwhelmed by the choices.

The large Lunette is 46x52 and a moderately stiff cup. Compare its dimensions to what you have and cups that interest you. Also compare its shape -- no flared rim and a pointy base.

Ahh I have no idea what to do now! I've looked at the lunette and I'm concerned about how wide it is, I think a wider cup would be good but not too wide considering how narrow the lily is.

I've looked at all the cups in the medium range both in regards to width and length and they're all rated almost as soft as the lily. I was keen to try the sckoon but it's also a soft cup.

If I get a shorter and wider cup would that help with the shifting/leaking regardless of how soft it is?

If you don't think it will fit, then don't get it. I think fit is more important than stiff/squishy.

Since she mentioned having a high enough cervix for the Lily, particularly given the unique cup shape, I think she will find the total length of the Lunette more useful than the length of the cup body itself (for this high cervix possessor--cup length is less important than at least something being reachable, that thing being, usually, the stem). The lunette is supposed to be 70mm with stem, which I think would fit you nicely since you trimmed your Lily stem (and the Lunette stem can be trimmed even more easily to where you need it). I have a Rainbow, which is softer with a very similar design to the cup body itself (different stem type), and I like it a lot other than wishing the stem were longer.

Thanks for the help :) I decided on the large lunette, bought it last night! I realised width shouldn't be a massive factor since I am not at all new to putting things in my vagina. Can't wait to try it
