Hey awesome people,

I'm trying to decide between ordering a Large Fleur Cup and a Lunette Cup Model 2. I currently have the small Lunette and love the texture and it's super comfortable! But, it's small and it leaks (I have high flow on the first couple days combined with cervix taking up some room in the cup are my hunches). So I feel a larger model is needed. However, I know that the Lunette Model 2 is a quite a bit stiffer than the model 1, and I'm not sure how I would feel about that physically. It's also more expensive, but I don't mind paying for quality. I just don't know if it will be comfy and am trying to save some money.

Can anyone comment on the comparative stiffness of the Large Fleur and the Model 2 Lunette? Or, the large Fleur and the Model 1 Lunette (which is what I have now)? If anyone has experience with both these cups, that would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you!

Both are 46x52 in width x length.
Both have "frosted" textures.
Both have flat tab stems.

The Lunette is fairly pointy, the Fleur is blunt-based.

The large Lunette is a stiff cup, the Fleur is squishy. https://menstrualcupinfo.wordpress.com/cup-stiffness-comparison-chart/ says it's even squishier than the small Lunette.

If you suspect that your cervix is taking up room in the cup then I'd go for the Large fleur. I have both cups and I use the large Fleur because I get more capacity due to the shape.
