I have been removing my cup with using one finger because I can't squeeze two fingers inside. It's somewhat difficult to remove the cup with just one finger. Usually, I press on the side of the cup (toward the top part, but finger not long enough to reach the rim. Sometime it works just with one try. But, most of the time, the cup just slip away and reseal again. So, I was wondering if anyone knows a good way for removal with just one finger?

There's an awesome video that someone posted here that helped me so much! Let me see if I can find it...

Basically, what I do, is sit on the toilet, bear down like I'm going to go #2, and the cup comes out a little bit. (It sits very low in my vagina, which helps...) At that point I can grab the tip with both fingers, and then I squeeze it to let any air out. It makes a farting noise - haven't been able to find any way around that. Then I pull it out and fold it in half basically and pull it out. The video explains it better. It really, really helped me!

At 1:45 she says to take your thumb and press down. I actually stick my index finger so that it slides up the cup a bit and press with my index finger, not my thumb. Then I curl the cup around my index finger, instead of around my thumb like she describes. It works better for me because I have a really hard time using two fingers. As long as I can get the cup to slide down and out a bit by bearing down, then I can grab the tip with two fingers, then slide my index finger up and squeeze so that it lets the air out, and then use my thumb and middle finger to curl it around my index finger and then pull it out. Hope that helps!

Thank you for sharing the video! I also used my index finger as well too when removing the cup, not the thumb. I will try curl the cup with my finger for my next cycle XD It's kind of exciting when experiment with new technique on removal/inserting cup. XD
